Pros
The people at LlamaZOO are some of the warmest, most genuine, generous, hilarious people I have ever met. Their work ethic is admirable, and yet they still leave room for playfulness. I was very nervous to start my first "office" job, and the people at LlamaZOO made it one of the easiest, and most beneficial transitions of my life. They took time from their busy days to show me the ropes, and never made me feel intimidated to ask questions or voice my opinions.
The office space is something I loved from the beginning as well. I love to use the huge windows to stare off and pretend I'm working through a very important problem, like what delicious downtown restaurant I'll have lunch at that day. There is also a beautiful rooftop patio that we have the privilege of using for team BBQ's and lunchtime kickboxing sessions.
Overall, LlamaZOO is just an extremely cool company. Their supportive, fun-loving culture, coupled with the groundbreaking innovations they work tirelessly on, has created a recipe for a remarkable working environment.
Cons
Unless you meal prep, you might end up spending half your salary on the abundance of delicious food available in downtown Victoria.
