I have absolutely loved working for LLOYD along side the directors, senior management, and the rest of the team. It has been amazing to see a company that truly values their people and understands the importance of supporting them, and even though this journey has been forced to an end, I will always be grateful for this experience, and am sure the rest of the team will as well!
Cons
If I'm really searching for one, it's that they hadn't yet adopted the 4-day week, although that said, they are fully flexible and supportive on work arrangements, and in a 6-day week industry they were already ahead of the pack in that regard, the 4-day week might have been a bit of a jump at this point.
