Pros

Some coworkers tried their best to keep morale alive.

Cons

A truly horrible experence. Red flags were obvious from day one; no 401k matching, vague promises, and constant whispers of restructuring. Then the layoffs began. Multiple rounds, back to back, cutting high performers with no explanation. It didn't matter how well you did your job. Performance meant nothing. Leadership had no clear direction, and their communication was either sugar-coated nonsense or flat-out silence. The platform was a mess, it's buggy and full of billing issues, and we weren't even allowed to be honest about. Some of the things I witnessed felt borderline illegal, especially the way they pushed people out while avoiding accountability. It created a deeply abusive atmosphere where people were scared to speak, and anyone who questioned the chaos was gone soon after.

Pros

Once I met my hiring manager during the interview process, I knew that I wanted to work here! The onboarding process was really fun, and my manager alongside my team have been a tremendous help as I am learning the ropes. Everyone across the org has been really helpful, and I feel that I can lean into anyone for help as questions come up. Honestly, this has been my favorite job so far.

Cons

Things move VERY fast, and there are constant changes. We also have to adapt to changes that happen with USPS. If you don't do well with building out new processes or workflows, then you might have a tougher time adapting here.

Pros

Company is nicely sized where there is enough complexity and traffic to make things interesting, but also small enough to where it feels manageable and you can feel capable to having a good understanding of all systems at play. Engineers are very smart and the PMs work well with them and don’t simply order them around.

Cons

Working with some older systems and non-tech savvy customers makes things slightly more difficult, but that’s the B2B world I suppose.
