      Interesting atmosphere, Genius level leadership, Great to witness.

      Confusing and lack of clear instructions and directions....Smart people that have a hard time directing and leading others. Impatience.

      Pros

      Great intro to the lobbying industry. Got to work with a bunch of interesting clients and watch interesting Congressional hearings and meetings.

      Cons

      Much more busywork and running things to places than advertised. Often left alone with little instruction or pending tasks.
