Very good pay, opportunities to earn more if you want to work the extra hours. Has made huge improvements since I first started, owners much more hands off.

Long hours and days, preferential treatment for certain staff.

Salary better than other places but more time at work 5 days/week and every other Saturdays working Company car available but you paid for your insurance.

Unfortunately, my experience at this veterinary clinic was incredibly disappointing. Not only did the owners foster a toxic work environment through bullying and harassment of employees, but they also lacked transparency in their financial practices, often deducting unjustified amounts from our paychecks. The work-life balance was non-existent, with little regard for employee well-being. Moreover, the owners and management exhibited toxic behavior, creating a hostile atmosphere for both staff and clients. To top it off, clients were consistently overcharged for services. Overall, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone, neither as an employee nor as a client.
