Working with LocalEyes has been a pleasantly surprising experience in terms of working in the tech sector. Despite working for a big company, there is a real feeling of camaraderie when working on site. The team is closely-knit and it feels that there is always a personal touch when dealing with HR at LocalEyes. The HR and management team are always very helpful and accommodating so it really feels that they care about the staff who work on site. In terms of working on site, it has been a really interesting journey here. I have had the opportunity to meet so many new people of different cultures and nationalities and there is a great sense of team spirit and friendship. There is a strong culture of mutual support within the team that nurtures individual talents and skill sets, really providing an opportunity to grow both in a personal sense and in terms of career.
