Pros
New owners really seem to be engaged and want to turn the company into what it always should have been since becoming Critigen - a focussed profitable niche SI. If you fall into one of the verticals of interest then I believe you have a good opportunity to grow. The market is ripe for some of the Criitgen offerings - just need backing and clear vision to execute.
Cons
This takeover should have happened a few years back when CH was still a major component of the business - this was neglected and subsequently this major client is now not interested. Too top heavy. After all the cuts there still remain the multiple CxO and VPs that do nothing but stir up trouble. If the new owners cut from the top too then this company can survive.
