No Morale in upper management. They are least bothered to retain critical resources of company. Once critical resources leave, they talk(glassdoor asked me to remove foul language)about them from behind. They will never recognize resources skills and credibility. No bonuses from last one year. Bonus pool is a big joke and we heard it is a scam. It will be shared only between upper management and few american folks who doesn't know politics within the company. They throw some carrots if you plan to move on. Don't stay with this company if you want to grow yourself into a role that you dream of.
