Cons
Do not work for this company unless you want management to breathe down your neck and pay an adsorbent amount of money on health insurance. I had zero independence in my role despite the fact that I was an “individual contributor”. My bosses micromanaged me daily and I got written up for accidentally yawning on a zoom call. (Post-COVID times), good luck getting a remote role here, they will require you to go into the office and likely will do a military roll call to make sure you’re there. It’s no wonder the CEO has a low satisfaction rating. Stay far far away.
