      Fantastic kids. Made good friends

      Cons

      They need MUCH more training for their behavior techs. Much more accountability. And the ABA at Logan as a whole needs to be more progressive and compassionate care ABA rather than old school ABA

      Loving environment, positive staff relationships, positive communication, company keeps employees informed, great transformational work happening at Logan.

      Cons

      You will love your clients so much that you won’t want to leave, pay is decent but their employees deserve a raise because of their great effort and dedication.

      Poor Upper management not understanding what the people under them do to keep the facility running.
