Great idea, horrible execution. - Anonymous employee Loge Employee Review

LOGE management has minimal experience in the acquisition and operations of hotels, the design and construction process, and overall company management. The company talks a big game of living outside and going exploring but over works their employees and does not trust them. There is a lack of communication, direction, experience and a lot of running in circles. Deadlines are unrealistic. Budgets are nonexistent. Partners are taken advantage of, expectations of employees and partners are also unrealistically high. The egos are through the roof. This is a small company with giant titles and little experience to back them up. Company wants to cut corners and take short cuts which results in less money upfront but more spent overall, a delayed schedule and unnecessary confrontation with parties involved. Really amazing concept for glamping, terrible execution. Would not recommend.
