- The C-Suite poorly manages the entire Center, from its people to its donations for the capital expansion. - The C Suite plays favorites with certain Directors. - C Suite lacks respect for rest of employees. - The Center has had a mass exodus from staff citing concerns about ethics, but the continue to say otherwise. - The C Suite lacks transparency, which prevents expert employees from properly making proper decisions. - There’s a toxic work culture here, which stems from management. It’s very difficult to not feel depressed at work.
