Pros

The industry is always changing and you can learn more every day. The management always wants to give as much advice and support as possible so that you can hit your goals. There are a number of managers here who have been doing this for a long time and you can learn a lot if you pay attention to what they say. There's free breakfast each week and snacks, lunches fairly often, and we get to leave early on Fridays when we hit our goals. TED Talk Tuesdays are cool, you get exposed to a lot of stuff that applies to way more than just the job, and it's fun to discuss them as a group afterwards. They brought an ops team from the Portland office here, so the office will continue to grow in size and expertise.

Cons

The digital marketing industry is always changing. You have to work hard to stay ahead of the curve. If you were looking for low pressure environment with a short learning curve, this probably isn't the best fit. It takes a lot of grit, perseverance, and some strong work ethic to make this job work.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
