If you are lucky enough to work for Austin Trunnell, take notes while you do. Austin is an outstanding GM for LP's Austin, TX satellite office. He is more than just leadership, Austin gets down to the nitty gritty with his reps and will make sales calls himself. Listening to him on the phone is the best lesson that a rep can get. He genuinely cares about his staff, their personal and professional growth, as well as the growth of his business. Derek Adams is also a great manager. In my time with LP, I found it inspiring seeing him develop and hope that someday I exude the same values and work ethic as him.
