Culture: Inviting, friendly culture. I’ve met people here that will be life-long friends. Casual, yet professional atmosphere. Coworkers want to see each other succeed. Everyone is driven and client-focused. The communication between employees and Upper Management is very open. Growth / Opportunity for Advancement: Logical Position has grown a lot since I started. New services, grown our operations teams and departments to add further value for our clients, and expanded our sales floor. Steady and consistent work and plenty of advancement opportunities. Great Place for Professional Development: Many smart, young, motivated individuals. This is the perfect company to work for if you’re just starting or early into your career. It’s a great place to learn a lot, quickly. I've learned so much from superiors and coworkers, as well as learning and developing my own skills and knowledge.
Cons
Growing Pains: Sometimes, I think we may be growing too quickly. Everyone does their best to be proactive; structuring processes and teams to facilitate continued growth and quality. Ever-changing Nature of Digital Marketing Industry: The industry is constantly changing; and implementing new processes can be challenging. Adaptability, creativity, and critical-thinking skills are all key characteristics of someone that succeeds in this industry. Pay: Pay could be a little better; although, raises are higher than the industry standard. Benefits: Our health benefits could be better. Our other benefits are pretty good though (i.e. 401(k) matching, EAP, deals on products/services).
