Pros
LP truly cares about your success - I made a pretty scary, lateral career change early on in my tenure and LP believing in me helped me discover a whole new set of professional skills and a passion for technology that has crossed over into personal interests. I don't know of many - if any - organizations that place as much confidence and trust in their employees as LP. If you show up, work hard, and give every opportunity that comes your way your best shot it does not go unnoticed! Work-n-Wednesdays - I am not sure if this is completely unique to LP but I hope this continues to be a thing as long as the company is around. If you're near a physical office location, I strongly recommend coming in and seeing all the smiling faces and grabbing some lunch! The world is more connected than ever but I think the human connection sometimes gets lost when working remote - These events are brilliant for having something to look forward to every week and the Office Admin team makes sure there is always something delicious to keep you fueled up!
