- Flexible work hours - Work variety - Excellent teams - Excellent computer systems (plus for devs) - ESOP - Good benefits - Relaxed dress code - Optional Overtime Overall, working at Logikos has been an excellent experience. The people I work with are talented and dedicated, and we get to work on interesting and varied projects. As a smaller company, lots of people in Fort Wayne don't know what Logikos is, but they are undoubtedly one of the best tech employers in the region. Overtime is also an option depending on the project and demand which can be a perk for bringing in some more money.
Cons
- Minimal communication with management about ESOP investments - Out of date electronics lab/work area - No gym membership discount - No showers While Logikos is a very forward thinking company, some things do feel a bit "old". Logikos is a modern company working on fascinating projects and could do a better job representing its brand.
