Pros
Everything looks good on the outside...like a white-washed tomb, you know the tombstone that's painted pretty on the outside but is really dark and cold inside.
Cons
Upper managements does not listen to reason, truth, or facts on legal matters - they will always side with the employees who say "yes", and if you attempt (even in writing) to make necessary safe and legal changes/decisions for the company and its' employees you will be let go because they don't really put safety and their employees first - they put the operation first.
