Pros
Lots of change in 2021 but most for the best - more support, larger territories, aggressive promos, and new products. Increasing focus on great customer service across the company. Management support for sales has been really good. Good helthcare, vacation, and matching 401K.
Cons
Sales are harder with Covid out there, but good training, account lists, referral partners, and current customers help to get to your number.
