      Great work / life balance. Zero crunch and overtime. Very manageable work load. As a designer you will have a lot of opportunities to apply your skills. Good compensation

      Cons

      You will need to teach developers to understand importance of good design and design-thinking. A lot of meetings, brace yourself :-)
