Family owned business. Not a ton of employees at the home base in Taylor so it is very good for a learning experience.

No real cons for this company.

Small company that is constantly growing so you are part of that growth! Flexible with their employees, and they have some great brainpower there with some of their employees and managers. Owner is always looking to expand.

It's hard as a small company to pay competitively but I think they were fair in their pay for their size and the industry. No real Cons about this place.
