Pros
The company legitimately cares about their employees. Amazing benefits and perks. They've taken the WFH situation very well allowing complete remote work but also keeping the office open for those who wish to come in. The room for growth is 100% there. If you're competent and can take initiative, make your career goals clear. In my experience the managers will take steps to get you to your goal. Great CEO. Despite all the changes in my time, I trust his vision and he is honest with employees.
Cons
Turnover seems to hold back momentum the company tries to build. Logz.io could keep their talent with more competitive salaries, something has made an effort to improve My biggest con is the turnover iterations lost with it the startup identity that fostered a strong culture of passion and innovation. There is still some of that now for sure but I feel less of it personally.
