Pros
Compensation is decent. The sales team is well taken care of but the rest of the company is belittled and often complains of the in office environments.
Cons
Management is archaic and very conservative when it comes to their approach on how to run things. They frequently say it’s the “people” that matter most about the company but the presidents sole focus is on money. Not actually taking care of the people. Very cutthroat, they either like you or they don’t.
