Pros
You get a great discount (50% you and close relatives); fun co-workers; lots of samples; Great job if you know how to sell; and honestly it's not a very hard job as long as you can interact well with a variety of different personalities. Over time you get lots of cool stories and meet such amazing and interesting people from all over the world (we get a lot of tourists). The area is great, and over time the place really grows on ya. Plus you gain all this knowledge on candy that'll come in handy some day, right?I
Cons
Well the uniforms are very uncomfortable, unflattering, and a hassle to find. They're not very practical and we've been told we look quirky but we don't really fit into our cute store's theme. They don't allow tips which sucks because we don't feel as appreciated by the company. Tips are great incentives especially in sales! Other than that, the store is still retail so you get quite a few rude guests.
