Pros
good experience for young people wanting life experience proximity to europe friendly and welcoming on road staff decent scope of practice flexible leave
Cons
lack of blue light courses (internationals attend only for ages) terrible pay even at higher levels kpi obsession by management bad quality uniforms (they rip and tear easily) non existent manual handling training, they actually make you carry people still. small amount of leave available. terrible rotas - especially while you work relief (for the first year atleast)
