Toxic environment - Senior Accountant LoneStar Transportation Employee Review

The culture is toxic and uncomfortable. The turnover is high. Month end close is high pressured leading to errors and very late hours, which isn’t appreciated. Management is unprofessional, controlling and demeaning. The culture won’t change if those in charge have been there for a long time and are set in their ways. If your skin color is anything but white be prepared to be treated differently and not in a positive way.
