Pros

Unlimited PTO (CFO takes advantage of this often and is on vacation more often than at work) Flexible work schedule (when rounds are not happening)

Cons

Toxic work environment produced by LCCM Management Constant restructuring of teams and clients due to lack of knowledge in business acumen Lack of knowledge and connections in the SBIR world Poor pay for Proposal Support Coordinators ($45,000). There was a recent boost in pay to $65,000, but it is still below industry standards. This shows lack of knowledge on management's part in the industry to understand and value their employees. Capture Strategists make $130K per year; however, Proposal Writers only make $65,000-and PCs help bring in the money with the proposals they write and submit In the last six months, 18 employees (these are also top employees performing at high-levels as per the prior review), have quit due to unhealthy and toxic work environments. CEO said that there is a "Great Resignation" happening within LC. He isnt incorrect, but what he fails to understand is the great resignation is due to the way the company is ran and how the employees are treated. Happy employees dont quit....
