Pros

- Great on boarding experience even during lock-down - The "fail fast" mentality means everyone's up for trying things out - Your opinion really matters - Multi-cultural team and very parent friendly

Cons

Depends on your preference/outlook - due to the nature of start-ups there's a lot of change.

Pros

Small and nimble. Founder led and culturally diverse (Australia, Brasil, China, France, Germany, India, Iran, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, South Africa, US and Venezuela). Everyone genuinely cares. Warm, welcoming, and willing to invest in people and technology. Actually ask [and listen] to your feedback. The technology works. Opportunity to get in on the ground floor and shape the future.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but applicants should expect a lean company with a fairly flat org structure. You will need to own your development and on-going training and learn by osmosis. If working remote, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset/tolerance and be aware that Australia is in a different timezone.

Pros

Generally nice people Remote Work if that is something you seek

Cons

Made promises and committments to marketing resources, sales support, and lead generation for sales. After 2 months into the role, they still had not delivered on any of their committments. They will ask for your LinkedIn Login and then SPAM all of your connections and connections of your connections with canned emails. It's been over a month since I left and I am still cleaning up their mess in my account. Very likely they will get your LinkedIN account flagged for inappropriate use and content. Will use lead gen and marketing companies in Australia who have no idea on how to go to market in the US. No leads provided - I was asked to go out and cold call companies. Do not understand the US competitive landscape. Their solution is not unique as they claim it is.
