Really great place to work with great people. If you like digital manufacturing and want to grow with like minded people, this is definitely the place to be. No drama, just alignment and exposure to a lot of interesting projects.

The subject matter is extremely interesting for anyone who likes working with digital industry solutions and software like CAD, CAE, CAM, PLM, PDM, etc. BUt on top of that, LTS does a lot of its own in-house development, which gives you the excitement of a startup in addition to the stability of a Siemens Digital Industries partner (which LTS also is)

It's not really a con, but the team is filled with very smart people who work hard. That said, work remains very reasonably confined to the typical workday. But during that workday, you are among very capable, driven people who put in strong efforts.
