Not many except good benefits

This place is a 3 ring circus. I was hired on bc i had an associates degree with a little experience as an ICE Tech. They never once gave me a basic tour of the facility, never showed me how to use their maintenance software, they have no updated documentation on their system drawings nor documentation on various components or equipment. They told me I was too content watching someone else work when teamed up. That I should step on their toes and get in their way to help get the job done. How practical is that? If a guy is on a ladder am i supposed to get up on the ladder with him? or down in a crawlspace area? or etc...... In my 2 months there I heard more about everyone actively pursueing other jobs than I learned anything about the plant. This place is the laughing stock of power plants in the area. They go through too many start ups to count yearly. Run Away from this place if thinking about working here. Everybody has a bad attitude and negative vibe. Not a good situation!
