      Pros

      Friendly and supportive fellow workers. Informal and (generally) pleasant working environment. Flexibility in working hours (to a degree). Access to external benefits (discounts, etc.).

      Cons

      Inflexible and dictatorial senior management (in general). Very profit driven to the exclusion of other considerations. Overly focused on procedures and processes. Poor personnel management. Unresponsive to new ideas. Poor internal communication.

      Pros

      Weekday schedule that's almost set hours when fully staffed. When people call out, expect to work overtime and watch your manager leave before you.

      Cons

      Management sucks. Lots of favoritism going on. PTO policy is constantly shifting and reasoning seems flimsy. If you're dying and call out with no PTO, best to just quit and find a new job because you will be fired. But expect to see other people treated with leniency and not be held to the same standard as others.
