Pros
Flexibility in Shifts, The
Cons
Working here is not that great when the leaders of the company ( Management/ Supervisor) are not great at what they do. You have to be a team player and also understanding to all of your employees, because working together is what gets the task at hand completed. Vulgar language every which way, talked to as if you never had any education before. The professionalism is non exited within management. When there are HR issues to resolve you can never get them taking care of because, the manager is in charge and also doing other duties that require his/her attention. The very high turnover should speak for itself. Not to mention you're only being paid $9 or $10 in CMS, that is beyond bewildering. For the first time ever the company has been in the green as far a profitable due to hard working employees, but instead of acknowledging the improvements, which was short lived, we were critized poorly. There needs to be more structure in what excatly the roles are for each employee and actual word by word training and refreshers, this would help make the company more profitable.
