Working at Loomis Express as a Call Center Rep has been a positive experience overall. The workplace culture is friendly, and there's a strong sense of teamwork among colleagues. From day one, the training prepared me well for the types of calls and questions we handle daily. It feels good to be part of a company where your efforts are recognized, and you're encouraged to improve. While the role can be challenging at times, especially during peak hours, the support from supervisors makes a big difference.
