- I moved from a large company to Loox. I was looking for high impact, and Loox was just where I could have a significant impact on almost every aspect of the company. - Although Loox has a small team, we make a huge impact on our clients. We help improving business for over 100K online shops globally, so every project I work on has a very high effect. - The team is great and totally collaborative, everyone is willing to help out and is focused on our success as a group. - I value the way our company encourages everyone to share their point of view, regardless of whether it is positive or negative. I really appreciate how collaborative we are; all of us are very open to feedback from the broader team, and sharing is part of the work process. Loox offers everyone a voice, which is a key element of the company culture. Part of the culture is that everybody gets a say on every matter and can provide feedback on any part of the company. - There is excellent flexibility in work/life balance, one personal time is valued. - Managers evaluate team members based on performance and values, not hours. - Loox is a bootstrapped business, so we are not looking to please investors. Our main motivation is what we believe to be best for the business and our product.
Cons
- Loox has a small team (almost by definition), so if you are seeking employment in a place with multiple large teams, so I guess you'll have to look for a larger company. - Loox has its perks and benefits, but if you are searching for an in-house masseuse, Loox is not that sort of company.
