10yDiscrimination in any form is not tolerated at Loram. All employees have access to our 24 hour toll free WeCARE hotline, where they may speak with a live company representative and register complaints, or secure information and resources about how to deal with situations that may occur. I encourage every employee to utilize this service. If such a situation is occurring, we need to know about it, so we can implement corrective action immediately!
