Pros
Great benefits, company laptop and possibility to work from home after 6 months. Trainings are provided.
Cons
There's a lot of training for the programs and, for some, there's a steep learning curve once you start to take live calls. Expect to receive different (often conflicting) answers when you ask people for help. The procedures are there but I feel like it's there to cover themselves rather than to help the worker (you) on the live calls.
