Pros

1. I have been with LotusFlare for over 2 months and really enjoy the dynamic work culture 2. The 'Solidarity' value isn't just a buzzword; people actually help each other out here. 3.The office vibe is great, too—paid lunches and a diverse, global team make it a fun place to be. 4.Plus, the engineering culture is top-tier—high standards, great mentorship, and very little red tape 5. A sense of belonging and growth is how I foresee after joining LF. 6. I carry a sense of satisfaction with belief that I have invested my career in an organization which is growing and ensuring my growth too 7. My interview process was job oriented and with every round., I fully understood whats being assessed. After joining., I can relate to those assessments and my job and it makes total sense 8. I have already referred few of my friends to this great organization

Pros

- The team is generally composed of talented and hardworking individuals. - Exposure to interesting projects and technologies.

Cons

- The salary offered is not competitive, especially considering the demands of the job and the industry standards. This lack of adequate compensation makes it difficult to justify the workload. - There is very little support provided to new joiners. The onboarding process is minimal and largely consists of being handed documentation without much guidance. This can be particularly challenging when faced with unfamiliar tasks or new responsibilities. - Leadership seems more focused on assigning tasks than on leading and supporting their teams. Effective leadership, especially for newcomers, requires not just delegation but also mentorship and guidance, which was noticeably lacking.
