If you like autonomy, ownership, and actually doing the work instead of talking about the work, it’s an incredibly energizing environment. The company genuinely embraces AI leverage internally. ICs have massive impact. One person can move projects that would require entire teams at larger companies. The culture rewards builders, curiosity, speed, and initiative. Also, people care deeply about the product and users. This is not a “rest and vest” environment. Everyone is extremely engaged.
