Had a very controlling manager who made my life very difficult. Rest of the team I met from the Dutch head office were really kind and encouraging but unfortunately my store manager sent me constant messages on my days off (I was only part time) and didn’t allow me to have a good work life balance. We also had high sales targets which made my manager really stressed and pushy and the targets unfortunately weren’t achievable for such a quiet store.
No growth opportunities / requests would be ignored. No interest in sales staff. Presents itself as an international company, but only want dutch people at HQ. Greenwashing. Extremely high staff fluctuation
