Pros

- Co-workers were kind - Curtis - Good benefits

Cons

- Middle management was incompetent (did not properly utilize programs or tools available to them, were promoted not based on merit but rather on length of employment, did not know the products they were selling) - Hostile environment for female employees created by a culture of sexism and perpetrated by upper and middle management ("old boys club", repeated sexual harassment from warehouse employees and even the VP of the company, etc...) - Refusal from IT to fully utilize technologies they already possessed to lessen burden on drivers, sales representatives, etc - General obstinance from upper management - Refusal to reprimand senior employees even if they repeatedly messed up - Posted pictures of fired employees on a highly visible board to assumedly shame said fired employees - Two year non-compete is excessive

Pros

Good place to move up at. Some nice co-workers and mangers. Good benefits.

Cons

Shady pay contracts. Some managers will get you fired if you the type who is honest and some will expect you to break ABC laws to help make bonuses. Was told by several employees that let and are still there that they will try to low ball you on pay contracts and I know this based off what one driver told me they made versus the other that took that same route over. Also, some decision makers have gone out of their way to hide certain thing from the president of the company. I know this because I had other managers there tell me these things. A lot of back stabbing with upper managers and talking about each other like school kids. Not very professional at all with some of them.
