Cannot think of any pros.
Cons
A failing business. Very old fashioned. Design department is a disgrace. Design managers are not respected in the company at all, for this reason there is almost no technical department left as people keep leaving. Head of Technical is very disappointing. I've been in construction for over 15 years now and never seen anything as bad as this.
