Pros
We make a real difference in saving the lives of homeless animals. It gives a sense of purpose. no real written time off policy but very generous on needing time off when asked.
Cons
Too much work and not enough resources and funding to accomplish goals. This can be a downer when so much is riding on wanting to make a difference as a non-profit.
