- Competitive salary, but could be higher - No option to buy / sell holiday days nor do holiday days increase with length of service

Decent bonus, nice office, good location

I find that the partners are technically not that great. They also often micromanage you and often address you in a very condescending tone. They are often dishonest and misleading in the way they approach issues concerning their staff. The quality of the work is poor and the client base not all that impressive. It's not the end of the world to work here. It keeps a roof over my head but will be looking for a job soon. I was shocked when this place won an award for best to work. Made me giggle.
