If you want a good increment, you don’t need to work hard here. You just need to stay on good terms with your TL and tolerate their constant talking and shouting. Only then will you get a good increment. If you go to the CEO and raise issues, your increment will almost be nothing. Even in a small company of around 30–40 employees, the level of politics is very high. A few people behave as if they own the company, not the CEO, and most decisions seem to depend on them. They also have a team-building activity called LTBA. If you perform well there—like singing, dancing, or playing games—you are more likely to get a better increment, rather than being evaluated based on your actual work. Salaries are often credited around the 10th of the month, which shows poor payroll management. If you want to waste your time, then you should definitely join this company.

no body comes to you regularly

If they don't have project they gonna ask you for the resignation deductions too much ,even for tea and coffee they charge from salary
