Pros
Looks great from the outside. The products are useful and can solve customer problems. Good company name on a resume and a great place to start when you don't have a lot of experience. Learning opportunities abound. Many of my best friends in Salt Lake were made at Lucid.
Cons
Rotting on the inside. Strictly from a sales perspective, not enough knowledge about other departments to comment. During the interview process and forward, beware of management promises, overly positive outlook, percentages about current team's performance, and talk of teamwork over ego. Take everything you hear from management with a grain of salt, and understand that the majority do not have your best interests at heart. If you decide to work at Lucid, think of your job with a Miranda warning - You have the right to remain silent (which I highly recommend). Anything you say (or do) can and will be used against you. Good luck.
