Pros

Working at LucidLink offers a multitude of benefits, with the most notable being the exceptional team and the stimulating nature of the work. The colleagues here are not just highly skilled but are also incredibly supportive, creating a cooperative and enriching atmosphere that is truly motivating. The compensation package is competitive, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of the employees. Furthermore, our projects are at the forefront of our industry, presenting challenges that keep the workday engaging and rewarding. This work culture is the cornerstone of LucidLink’s inventive output and sets this company apart.

Cons

Despite the significant advantages, there are pressing issues with the upper management, particularly concerning Julian and Dobry. Their leadership style often lacks the effectiveness needed to guide the company toward its strategic goals, leading to friction within team dynamics and disrupting the workflow. Moreover, despite evident management flaws, the CTO’s excessive trust in their abilities is alarming. This overconfidence has led to decisions that not only stifle the company’s growth but also negatively affect team morale.

Pros

The hiring team was interested more in thought process and my ability to connect the dots when discussing ambiguous challenges. They are also very focused on attention to detail in describing the benefits of past work to customers not just my past employers.

Cons

There is a large team in Bulgaria and there are some minor cultural differences, be sure to ask clarifying questions to ensure you have a good handle on whats being asked.
