Pros
- Some of the smartest folks were there and it was fun to work with them(NOT ANYMORE) - Good visibility and ownership -
Cons
- Management has no clue what they are building. Absolutely no vision - Too much politics which is surprising for a company which is so small - Teams work in silos(no co-ordination at all)
