Pros
The company values of Honor People, Champion Customers, Break the Bottle, Be Curious, Align and Commit, and Enjoy This... are real goals and touchstones that show up frequently in conversations. Not saying we always live up to them, but they're a focal point and the inform decisions. Smart people who want to make a difference, working on a product with real market differentiation.
Cons
We need better alignment at the C-Suite level and better communication throughout as pivot to SaaS. We generally get to the right place on interim strategic/roadmap decisions, but we need to get there more quickly, with less smoke and more synergy.
