Pros
New sales management fixing previously existing process issues. Best product in the industry. One of the best sales execs I've ever worked for. Most supportive HR department I've ever worked with. CEO truly cares about the employees and their personal well being.
Cons
While immediate team communication was stellar, inter-departmental communication was poor. Laborious processes required by sales ops, which were getting fixed with new mgmt team but just way too slow.
