I spent over 2 years at Lucky Beard and loved the experience. The culture is supportive, creative, and collaborative, with a real sense of trust across the team. The people are smart, kind, and inspiring to work with. On top of that, the work itself was exciting and meaningful — from helping global brands think differently about their products to designing innovative digital solutions. I always felt like my contributions mattered and that I was part of something forward-looking.

Like any fast-moving company, there were times of growing pains and shifting priorities. But these changes usually came with opportunities to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

The team was fantastic to work with and the work environment is positive and productive. There is also plenty of support and respect between staff, and all projects were extremely well organised with realistic deadlines and expectations that lead to successful outcomes.
